Billing ends and no further charges are made to your mobile account.
Refund policy
You can ask for a refund within 30 days of a charge.
- You can request a refund within 30 days of the date you were charged.
- You do not need to give a reason for your request.
- Send your request by email to ajuda@academiavr-pt.com.
- Include the mobile number linked to your subscription so we can find your account.
- Approved refunds are made within 30 days of your request.
- The refund goes back to the mobile bill or prepaid balance that was charged.
- Cancelling stops future charges. To get money back for a past charge, send a refund request as well.
- Our customer care team will reply by email to confirm the outcome of your request.
